The Partnership for Public Service – Internal Communications Associate
Jul 2023–Present
Developing an internal communication strategy with 3 distinct weekly newsletters to disseminate the Partnership’s goals, strategy, events, announcements, updates, and accomplishments.
Writing and editing engaging feature articles with video and photo content that highlight the staff of the Partnership in a newsletter segment called “Humans of the Partnership”.
Highlighting team successes and aligning them with the Partnership’s strategy and mission for weekly all-staff meetings, newsletters, and the SharePoint intranet news portal.
Raising and maintaining an average open rate of 55%+ and clickthrough rate of 35%+ from 25%.
Brainstorming, leading, and executing new employee onboarding automation through a multimedia process using HubSpot, Asana production schedules, and Microsoft 365.
